Released in 1988 and acclaimed as one of the best reggae albums of the decade, Strength Of My Life was the fourth studio LP from Kingston roots-reggae act Israel Vibration. Made after the group had left Jamaica in search of better healthcare for various ailments they suffered, it was their first music in seven years but served as a great shot in the arm for their career, marking the start of a long association with the Roots Radics.
