RECORD STORE DAY 2025
When? Saturday April 12th, 11am
As we’ve done in year’s past, please lineup BEHIND the shop prior to 11am. We will have tables and a tent set up to sell the RSD titles. Stamp cards and credit notes will not be in effect during RSD, sorry. Not sure how other shops do it these days, but this not an insane free-for-all. We conduct an orderly lineup, allowing only a handful of customers at a time to browse the bins, keeping the time limit to about 5 minutes. It’s a one in, one out process. This might mean you have to stand in line a little bit longer, but we are just not into the frenzied shopping that happens when you let 50 people through the doors at once. Might be fine for some shops, but that ain’t us. If you are not interested in the RSD titles but just want to visit the shop, enter through the front like normal, no lineup necessary!
We’ll be having a store wide sale of 10% off everything (excluding RSD releases, natch), this also include the website. No code needed.
Below, you’ll find everything that we have ordered for this year’s Record Store Day. Titles in BOLD are officially confirmed to be on sale at our shop for the day. Anything not in bold will be arriving late. We will likely be updating the list with all confirmed titles up until the night before RSD, so keep checking back. Most of the stock is expected to arrive a few days before the 12th! Leftover stock will be sent out to all our email subscribers the day after RSD, so sign up for the mailing list on the front end of the site if you want to get on that list.

Yes, there are more titles than this, but these are the ones that make sense for us to order in. There are also a good handful of titles that we had considered ordering, but the price points were just too ridiculous. It’s not about us not having enough funds to buy everything, but more that we are not interested in catering to the insane pricing schemes of the major labels, who are the main culprits in the excessive pricing/gouging we’re seeing this year. Please note that we also do not order 50 copies of everything. We focus on buying larger quantities of things that make sense for our shop, so our regulars will know what to expect. That said, we had our quantites cut on several titles we were most excited about, which is obviously out of our hands.
