After a couple of years of life changes and a long break from making Élément Kuuda Music, I decided to get back into it and start fresh. The first pandemic wave was fully on and I recorded most of the album during that period. In isolation with my partner Fred (Fumerolles) and my daughter Maggie, I started to rethink my musical direction. I went back to my initial audio stories from the early 2000s with my album “La Prairie”, combined with the graphic appearance of my previous album “Maluugahn” that came out on KinetiK Records in 2017. I consider this one as my rebirth album and I decided to name it Élément Kuuda, being the first of many to come with that aesthetic.
